We have a 30 day exchange and return policy which means you have 30 days since receiving your order to exchange or return your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy

To start a return, you can access your account, or you can contact us through dm.
If you request a return, a courier will pass by and pick up the pieces being returned. There's a flat 80 EGP
rate for return shipping.
We process refunds only after the courier collects your order and the shipping company returns it to our warehouse. Once received, your refund will be issued promptly.

If you've already given your returned items to the courier and haven't gotten your refund yet, the items probably didn't arrive at our HQ yet! If it's been more than 5 business days since you returned the items please dm us!
